These terms apply to your access to and use of the RobinHQ website, product and related services. RobinHQ is an AI receptionist and phone answering service operated by Kaira Ventures Ltd.

• You must provide accurate account, billing, business and contact information.
• You are responsible for the instructions, knowledge, call handling rules and customer information you configure in RobinHQ.
• You must not use RobinHQ for unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent or harmful activity.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of call recording, transcription, SMS, notifications and customer communications complies with applicable law.

RobinHQ may answer calls, take messages, send notifications, send SMS messages or transfer calls according to your configuration. You are responsible for ensuring callers and message recipients have received any required notices or consents.

If you receive SMS messages from RobinHQ, message frequency varies based on the service and call activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential SMS messages or HELP for help, where supported by the messaging flow. For support, email support@robinhq.co.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but RobinHQ depends on third-party providers such as hosting, telephony, AI, payment and communications platforms. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Paid plans, trials, billing periods, renewals, usage limits and cancellation terms are shown during signup or in your account. You are responsible for keeping payment details accurate and paying applicable charges when due.

We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain responsibility for the business information and caller/customer data you submit to RobinHQ. We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and operate the service securely.
